1. Optional AI assistant
When you send a chat message, its text and up to five recent exchanges are sent through our server to OpenRouter and the DeepSeek model provider to generate a reply. Do not share sensitive information or credentials. Conversation history stays in page memory, is not archived on our servers, and is cleared by New conversation, reloading or closing the page. The chat does not send inquiries to the team. Routing requires providers with a no-prompt-retention policy; provider privacy notices also apply. Abuse prevention uses temporary counters and, when the proxy is configured, an identifier derived from the IP address for the current day, kept for at most 24 hours.
2. Who operates this website
NovifyStudio is the contact for website and privacy inquiries at [email protected]. Further identifying details of the data controller must be confirmed before final publication.
3. Data and purpose
The form collects your name, email, optional company, project type and message to respond to your inquiry and discuss a potential collaboration. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Required fields are necessary to handle your inquiry; your company is optional.
4. How your message is sent
When the website prepares an email, your details stay in the browser until you send it through your email provider. When direct delivery is enabled, the inquiry passes through the server and the studio’s email service. We do not use messages for automated marketing or profiling.
5. Security and providers
The hosting service may process technical data needed for security. Direct delivery uses an email service and abuse prevention with a short-lived identifier derived from your IP address. Providers, processing locations and safeguards for any transfers outside the EEA must be defined for the final hosting configuration.
6. Retention and your rights
We keep inquiries for as long as needed to manage the conversation and meet applicable obligations. You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability or objection by contacting the studio. You may complain to the Italian data protection authority. We do not make automated decisions.
